I had an excellent experience working with Luca from Mold Busters. He was extremely practical, knowledgeable, and diligent throughout the inspection. He approached the inspection in a very professional and thorough manner, taking the time to explain his findings clearly and provide valuable insights along the way.

What I particularly appreciated was Luca’s practical approach. His advice was thoughtful, realistic, and focused on helping me understand the situation and the appropriate next steps, rather than simply identifying problems. He was also very attentive to detail and clearly took pride in doing a comprehensive job.

They they were fantastic. Everyone involved was professional, respectful, and efficient. Just don’t speak to the automated service, wait until you can speak to someone directly. Excellent experience working with Mold Busters following flooding in the basement of one of our rental properties  Even though there were literally thousands of homes affected in the Ottawa area following the historic rain fall on Canada Day, we were able to book Mold Busters in a timely manner for the inspection. Once the inspection was completed, we were given photos and a very detailed description of what would be involved in the remediation process. Once our insurance company gave their approval, a date was set   The company arrived on time and proceeded to accomplish everything that had been previously outlined.   The job was completed on time and again a detailed description accompanied by photos confirming exactly what had been done as required by our insurance company. . A very professional company with great communication from start to finish. I highly recommended this company and they would be first on my list to call should we be in a similar situation again. We highly recommend Mold Busters!
Luka and Jovan were my contacts. They truly responded lightening fast and above and beyond my expectations. It was much appreciated how their team was able to accommodate us in our urgent situation. It was a challenging time for us, but it was clear that we were in good hands from the beginning.
The team (sorry I don't remember their names) were punctual (despite a long drive to our rural location), professional, personable, communicated  well, were respectful of our property. They did a great job of containing the area and discreetly removing the mold and affected items.
A helpful family member of ours found Mold Busters online and they were the first to respond among all the places we called, (who all had long waiting lists). Luka and Jovan honoured the estimate they gave us.
Thank you Luka and Jovan. Please pass along our compliments to the team you sent. They worked hard for hours in a confined space on a hot day in those hazmat suits, and they had a long ride home, but they left with smiles on their faces. They represented the company well.

I cannot praise this team enough. I found a really bad mold infestation behind one of my walls and was worried about the safety, how to remove, cost, and the whole process.

Mold Busters responded right away, provided a super easy free app based video consultation and reassured me every step of the way. Every step of the way I was updated with personal text messages and give multiple ways to contact someone if I had any questions or concerns throughout the entire process.

Their technicians were super friendly and professional. They minimized any structure removal and left really clean cuts in the drywall to make repairs much easier.  Everything was cleaned and they even called me when they decided the baseboard on the wall should be removed just so I would be updated on the process and their findings.

Luka and his team did a fabulous job!!! Very pleased with the cleanliness and the way the staff covered and protected the other rooms to isolate the problem area. I highly recommend them for their professionalism.
