What information do we collect?
When setting up an appointment with a Mold Busters inspector, you will typically be asked to provide your name, address, and basic contact information (phone number and e-mail address) so that the inspector may contact you if the need arises.
If you choose to pay using a credit card, your credit card information will also be required.
What will your personal information be used for?
All personal information submitted to Mold Busters will be used strictly for our own internal purposes, as listed below:
- To process payments and transactions
- To personalize your Mold Busters experience
- To send occasional e-mails, newsletters, and deals

Photos, videos and other media
During an inspection or a remediation project, our team may take photographs or videos to capture important steps of the process and/or to record Before & After shots of the property. We retain the ownership of these images/videos and reserve the right to utilize them for educational or promotional purposes. However, we take great care not to reveal the identity, address or any sensitive personal information of the property owners or occupants.
As you browse the Mold Busters website, advertising cookies will be placed on your computer so that we can understand what you are interested in. Our display advertising partner, AdRoll, then enables us to present you with retargeting advertising on other sites based on your previous interaction with Mold Busters.
The techniques our partners employ do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, postal address or telephone number. You can always opt out of AdRoll and their partners’ targeted advertising.
