Photos, videos and other media

During an inspection or a remediation project, our team may take photographs or videos to capture important steps of the process and/or to record Before & After shots of the property. Additionally, all virtual inspection assessments are being recorded and stored as videos or photos for the same purposes. We retain the ownership of these images/videos and reserve the right to utilize them for educational or promotional purposes. However, we take great care not to reveal the identity, address or any sensitive personal information of the property owners or occupants. Mold Busters may utilize video recording equipment, such as body cameras worn by our inspectors and remediators, to document the mold inspection and remediation process. The purpose of these recordings is to ensure the highest quality of service, provide continuous training for our employees, improve our processes, and for marketing purposes. We take your privacy seriously, and in case any identifiable information, such as faces or addresses, gets inadvertently caught on video footage, we assure you that it will not be shown publicly or in any of our promotional materials. By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you acknowledge and grant Mold Busters ownership of the video recordings and permit their use for internal training, quality assurance, and marketing purposes.
